Hi Shelley! WOW, I am really enjoying all of this and you are really helping me to get those veggies in my menu. I love veggies but run out of ways to prepare them. VOILA! Here you are. THANKS so much for doing this. Oh, and whoever is taking the photos on your site is OUTSTANDING. I wish I could get mine to come out that good.

    Be well and happy veggies!

Well, I’m glad to welcome you to One Roast Vegetable and look forward to seeing you inside The Veggie Club. I’m happy to say that the pictures are all taken by me… except when you see my two hands in the photo, then you know that André took it :D Always nice to have another set of hands around. He’s the videographer, also, but we need fancier video equipment for sure. The camera work is using a Canon 20D with a regular lens, and NO Photoshop adjustments other than brightness. I wanted to make sure that my pictures looked “real” and not styled like most cookbooks. I can never make my meals look like the cookbooks, and I find that disappointing :)

    All best, and welcome aboard.

I wanted to make a donation for your banana bread project but the shopping cart does not allow me to choose a province, only a state. Often the credit card won’t process without an exact address match. Please let me know how i can enter ON to complete the transaction.

    Thank you!

Hi Jane, if you change the country first, then it’ll let you put in the state
