Bonus recipe for Roast Vegetable Salad

OK, I wasn’t going to do this.
But I’ve received so many emails from subscribers who are just dying to see one of the illustrated recipes on the One Roast Vegetable membership site: “The Veggie Club.”
This is my signature recipe for Roast Vegetable Salad (complete with homemade vinaigrette), and I think it’s pretty yummy and you’re going to love it. It has 20 full-colour photos and it’s step-by-step so you can follow along.

I think your ideas are great. However as a previous Rest. owner there are a couple of things I think should be looked at.
First I don’t think I would appreciate a hair in my food, which your’s seems to be hanging down. 2nd you push your hair back then take the vegetables and put them in the soup without washing your hands, this is a no no. Sorry for the nitpicking, but I thought you migh appreciate it.
